After cleansing your face, apply toner. Remove the protective films from the mask and place the lower part around your mouth first, followed by the upper part around your eyes.
For better adhesion, ABIB recommends that the textured side of the mask should be in contact with the skin. Leave on for 20–30 minutes, remove the mask, and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until absorbed.
