In-Store Pickup

If you’d prefer to pick up your order in person, you can do so at our store. Here’s
how it works.
Where to Pick Up
Gaudí Building, Zone 14, Guatemala City.
Hours: Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. | Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
How it works
- Place your order and select the in-store pickup option.
- Wait for confirmation or approval of your payment.
- Receive our “order ready” message.
- Go to the store to pick it up.
When will it be ready?
Your order will typically be available for pickup within 24 hours after
payment confirmation.
It’s important that you wait for our “order ready” message before coming in. This
way, we can ensure you don’t make the trip only to find your order isn’t ready.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product you’ve already
paid for is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement—which
is only valid if you expressly accept it—or to issue the corresponding refund
.
How long we hold your order
We hold your order for 30 calendar days, starting from the date the
“order ready” message is sent.
If you do not pick it up within that time frame, we may cancel the reservation. If the order has
already been paid for, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery method or the appropriate refund
.
At the time of pickup
We recommend that you have your order number or invoice handy and check the contents before
leaving the store.
If you notice that the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please report
it within the first 24 hours if possible. This timeframe does not limit your legal
rights or claims related to defects or hidden defects. See the full procedure
